The Board of Directors wishes to announce that on 16 January 2024, BDB Land Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 198101003170 (69284-P)], a wholly owned subsidiary company of Bina Darulaman Berhad had entered into Memorandum of Understanding with Enfiniti Escapes (M) Sdn Bhd  to establish a basis of cooperation and collaboration between the Parties.
