We refer to the announcements dated 23 June 2022, 30 June 2022, 6 July 2022 and 14 July 2022 in relation to the Project Management Consultancy Agreement ("the Agreement") between SMT Turbojet Resources Sdn. Bhd. and Menara Rezeki Properties Sdn. Bhd. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors' of SMTrack wishes to announce that SMT Turbojet Resources Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Menara Rezeki Properties Sdn. Bhd. had mutually agreed to terminate the Agreement due to the unability of the parties to obtain/fulfil the conditions precedent pursuant to the Agreement.
