Reference is made to the Announcements dated 5 December 2022, 20 January 2023, 3 May 2023, 22 June 2023 and 19 October 2023.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the hearing of the stay application in respect of the application for Judicial Review filed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Apex Securities Berhad (the “Applicant”) had been vacated and the High Court fixed a case management on 7 December 2023 pending an intended settlement between the Respondent, the Company and the Applicant which is in its final stages.

Further announcements on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia accordingly.
