The Board of Directors of Apex Equity Holdings Berhad (“AEHB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Apex Development Sdn. Bhd. (“ADSB”) had on 15 November 2023 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with New Era Edu Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201401008960 (1085038-D)] (hereinafter called “NEESB” or “the Purchaser”) to dispose all that piece of freehold land held under individual title Geran Mukim 826, Lot 7382, Mukim Kajang, Daerah Hulu Langat, Negeri Selangor measuring approximately 0.4737 Hektar together with One (1) unit of Eleven (11) Storey Commercial Building known as “Menara Apex” bearing postal address of No. 1, Jalan Semenyih, Kajang, 43000 Selangor (collectively referred to as “the Property”) for a total sales consideration of RM55,000,000.00. (“the Disposal Price” or “the Sales Consideration”) (the entire transaction is referred to as "the Proposed Disposal").
