Reference is made to the announcements by the Company dated 1 December 2022, 5 December 2022, 13 December 2022, 27 January 2023, 8 March 2023, 22 March 2023, 30 June 2023, 7 September 2023 and 27 September 2023.

The Company wishes to inform that the High Court has further vacated the hearing to 23 November 2023 to allow the Plaintiff, the Company and Apex Securities Berhad more time to finalise an intended settlement.

Further announcements on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia where necessary.
