The Board of Directors of Comintel Corporation Bhd ("Company") (“Board”) wishes to announce that the appointment of Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT (“Baker Tilly Malaysia”) as the new Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy created by the out-going auditors will be effective from 25 October 2023 with the receipt of the letter of consent to act from Baker Tilly Malaysia dated 25 October 2023.
