EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME

We refer to the announcements dated 5 July 2023, 7 July 2023, 7 August 2023 and 14 August 2023 in relation to the ESOS ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
