Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 9 March 2023 and 8 June 2023 in relation to the MOU between AGMO, Mabroor Fintech Holding Co. Ltd, and Heydoc Sdn. Bhd. (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of AGMO wishes to announce that there has been no material development to the MOU since the Announcements.
