Remarks : 
On 30 August 2023, the Directors of the Company declared an interim single-tier dividend of 1.50 sen per
ordinary share amounting to RM4,500,000 for the financial year ending 31 December 2023. The date of
entitlement for the dividend payment will be announced in due course.
