The Board of Directors of Bina Darulaman Berhad ("BDB") wishes to announce Tuan Haji Muhamad Sobri Bin Osman, Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of BDB has been remanded to assist an investigation by MACC on 19 July 2023. He has been released on 21 July 2023.

The investigation is not related to BDB and does not affect the operational matters of BDB Group. The Company is closely monitoring the matter and will make further announcements including taking any necessary action as may be required under the Main Market Listing Requirements and applicable laws.
