Further to the Company’s announcement this afternoon, the Company wishes to inform that the Board and Management of SMTrack managed to get in touch with our Executive Director, Datuk Wira Justin Lim Hwa Tat (“Datuk Wira Justin Lim”).

He has been away for business trip overseas since February 2023. The Company has not been contacted by any authorities neither received any notice pertaining to the assistance sought from Datuk Wira Justin Lim referred to in the article as at the date of this announcement. The Company believes that Datuk Wira Justin Lim will cooperate with the authorities in assisting them with the investigations.

The Company will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further developments accordingly.
