RADIANT GLOBALTECH BERHAD ("RGTECH" OR THE "COMPANY")

ACQUISITION OF THE REMAINING 20% EQUITY INTEREST IN GRAND-FLO SPRITVEST SDN BHD ("GFS") ("ACQUISITION")

The terms used herein, unless otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Acquisition.

We refer to the previous announcement dated 2 May 2023 and the Circular dated 7 June 2023 in relation to the Acquisition.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that all conditions precedent pursuant to the SPA have been fulfilled on 30 June 2023. Accordingly, the SPA has become unconditional on even date.

Further, the Initial Payment of the SPA has been settled in full, to-date, marking the completion of the SPA.

Pursuant thereto, the Acquisition is completed on 30 June 2023.
