Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 1 March 2022, 30 May 2022, 9 August 2022, 25 August 2022, 24 November 2022 and 27 February 2023. The Board of Directors of Nestcon wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU"):-

1. MOU dated 1 March 2022 between Nestcon Sustainable Solutions Sdn. Bhd., AmBank (M) Berhad and AmBank Islamic Berhad 
- There is no new development on the status of the MOU since the previous announcement made on 27 February 2023. As the MOU has reached 12-month duration from the date of signing, the MOU has lapsed and expired.

2. MOU dated 9 August 2022 between Nestcon and Nam Heng Safety Glass Sdn. Bhd.
- There is no new development on the status of the MOU since the previous announcement made on 27 February 2023.
