The Board of Directors of Nestcon wishes to announce that the Risk Management Committee had been re-designated and now known as Sustainability and Risk Management Committee ("SRMC") with effect from 29 May 2023. The expanded oversight functions of the SRMC now include managing sustainability matters within Nestcon.

The composition of the SRMC is as follows:-

1. Yeoh Sheong Lee (Chairman)
2. Nor Azzam Bin Abdul Jalil (Member)
3. Roslinda Binti Awang @ Mat Yazid (Member)
4. Datuk Ir. Dr. Lim Jee Gin (Member)
