The Board of Directors of Harbour-Link is pleased to announce that Harbour-Link Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (“HLL”), a wholly–owned sub-subsidiary of Harbour-Link, had on 8 May 2023 entered into Sale and Purchase Agreements (“SPAs”) to acquire three (3) pieces of vacant lands situated at Telipok, in the District of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for a total cash consideration of RM8,500,000.00 (the “Acquisition”).
