Reference is made to the Announcements dated 5 December 2022 and 20 January 2023.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the leave application in respect of the application for Judicial Review (the “Leave Application”) filed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Apex Securities Berhad (the “Applicant”) has been heard yesterday.

The Company wishes to further inform that the Kuala Lumpur High Court has fixed the next hearing date on 22 June 2023 for the determination of the Application including whether leave should be granted to the Applicant to commence the Leave Application.

Further announcements on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia accordingly.
