We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 18 April 2023 in relation to the letter of award from Builtamont Development Sdn Bhd (“BDSB”), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to clarify that:-

1. the Company does not hold any shares in BDSB and Maxim Global Berhad (“MGB”), the holding company of BDSB; and

2. the Company’s Managing Director and major shareholder, Datuk Tan Kak Seng (“DTKS”) holds 6.94% direct interest in MGB. DTKS does not hold any shares in BDSB.
