The Board of Directors of Comintel Corporation Bhd wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Total Package Work Sdn Bhd) has on 18 April 2023 accepted a letter of award for Main Building Works amounting to RM229,800,000.00 from Builtamont Development Sdn Bhd in respect of a proposed development of 2 blocks of suite apartments consists of: A. Block A - 54 levels (629 units), B. Block B - 47 levels (607 units), including a 9 ½ level podium for multi-level car parking with 1 level of semi-basement car parking, along with facilities for residents, electric substation, refuse room and security guardhouse on Lot 481310 (formerly PT 9535), Jalan Desa Aman 1, Taman Desa Aman, Mukim Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
