MATERIAL LITIGATION PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 9.04(F) OF THE BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS IN RESPECT OF WRIT OF SUMMONS AND STATEMENT OF CLAIM FROM SECURITIES COMMISSION MALAYSIA

Reference is made to the announcements by the Company dated 1 December 2022, 5 December 2022, 13 December 2022, 27 January 2023 and 8 March 2023.

The Company wishes to inform that the Case Management fixed on 21 March 2023 was heard yesterday, where the Court has been informed that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Apex Securities Berhad’s request for an extension of time to file any interlocutory application was allowed by the Court until 28 March 2023.

The Company wishes to further inform that the Kuala Lumpur High Court has now fixed the date for the next Case Management on 27 June 2023, pending that the disposal of all interlocutory applications are filed by the parties in the suit.

The Company will announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
