Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 20 March 2023 in respect of the resignation of Messrs. Russell Bedford LC PLT as the Auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of SMTRACK wishes to announce that Messrs. CHENGCO PLT, having consented to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 17 March 2023 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
