Reference is made to the announcements by the Company dated 1 December 2022, 5 December 2022, 13 December 2022 and 27 January 2023.

The Company wishes to inform that the Case Management fixed on 7 March 2023 has been heard yesterday, where the Court has been informed that the Plaintiff has on 23 February 2023 filed its Reply to the Statement of Defence entered by the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Apex Securities Berhad on 26 January 2023.  The Court has then directed if any Parties are to file an application to strike out the case or any interlocutory applications, this must be done so on or before 14 March 2023.

The Company wishes to further inform that the Kuala Lumpur High Court has fixed the next Case Management date on 21 March 2023.

The Company will announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
