Further to the Company's announcement dated 29 August 2022, the Board of Directors of SMTrack wishes to inform that in line with the increased in paid up capital to 1,169,924,561 shares, the 30% SIS allocation had increased from 253,256,744 shares to 350,977,368 shares.

The SIS Committee had allocated additional 10 million SIS options to Encik Azmi Bin Osman, the Executive Director at RM0.041 per share accordingly.
