(For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Circular to the shareholders of IHB dated 19 November 2020 in relation to, amongst others, the issuance of new redeemable convertible preference shares in IHB.)
Further to the Company's announcements on 30 September 2020 and 18 January 2021, the Board wishes to announce that IHB and the RCPS Subscribers had on 21 February 2023 entered into a 2nd Supplemental Escrow Agreement due to further developments in regards to the escrow arrangement between the Company, the RCPS Subscribers and the Escrow Agent.
The 2nd Supplemental Escrow Agreement will be considered part of the Escrow Agreement and shall be construed as one with the Escrow Agreement.
The details of the variation of the terms and conditions of the Escrow Agreement are provided in the attachment.
The 2nd Supplemental Escrow Agreement is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at B-3-9, 3rd Floor, Block B, Megan Avenue II, No. 12, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur during normal business hours from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement.
