Reference is made to the announcements by the Company dated 5 December 2022 and 13 December 2022.

The Company wishes to inform that the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Apex Securities Bhd have filed its Statement of Defence dated 26 January 2023 in response to the Plaintiff’s Statement of Claim dated 29 November 2022.

The Company wishes to further inform that the Kuala Lumpur High Court has fixed the next Case Management date on 7 March 2023.

The Company will announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
