Reference is made to the Announcement dated 5.12.2022.

The Board of Directors of APEX wishes to inform that the hearing of the leave application in respect of the application for Judicial Review (the “Leave Application”) filed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Apex Securities Bhd (the “Applicant”) that was initially fixed on 19.1.2023 was vacated by the High Court. This is due to health reasons of the Applicant’s counsel.

The High Court converted the supposed Leave Application on 19.1.2023 into a Case Management to reschedule the hearing date of the Leave Application. 

The High Court has now fixed the hearing date of the Leave Application on 2.5.2023. 

Further announcements on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia accordingly.
