Remarks :
On 7 September 2022, Encik Mohd Noor Bin Setapa, the Director of the Company had disposed of totaling 49,100 ordinary shares, representing 0.007% of total issued share capital of the Company instead of 54,000 ordinary shares. As such, the Direct (units) and Direct (%) after change should be 270,900 and 0.042% instead of 266,000 and 0.041% as announced on 8 September 2022. The percentage is based on the total issued share capital of the Company of 643,822,000 ordinary shares as at 8 September 2022. The Company received notification from the Director on 13 January 2023 and the change in Direct (units) and Direct (%) were retrospectively reconciled.
