Reference is made to the announcements by the Company dated 1 December 2022 and 5 December 2022. 
 
The Company wishes to inform that it has entered a Memorandum of Appearance dated 12 December 2022 in respect of the Writ of Summons dated 29 November 2022.
 
In respect of the Case Management by way of e-review at the Kuala Lumpur High Court on 12 December 2022, the Company is currently awaiting further information from its solicitor in relation to the outcome of the said Case Management. The Company will announce further developments in respect thereof.
