Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 2 December 2022 to withdraw the additional listing application for the new Iconic Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants (which was submitted to Bursa Securities for approval on 18 November 2022). The decision was made in order to review the structure of the Proposals.
