Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company’s announcement dated 9 September 2022.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 9 September 2022 and 21 September 2022 in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture.

The Board of Directors of ENCORP wishes to announce that following the fulfilment of all necessary conditions precedent in the JVA, the Proposed Joint Venture had been completed on 30 September 2022 pursuant to the terms of the JVA.
