The Board of Directors of Encorp Berhad (“ENCORP” or “The Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Encorp Construction & Infrastructure Sdn. Bhd. (“ECISB”) had on 9 September 2022 signed a Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) with TMSB to jointly develop all that piece of land held under HS(D) 9832 Lot PT 30854 at Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, Negeri Pahang measuring ­approximately 4.97 acres (“Project Land”) into a proposed mixed development of retail lots, service apartments and a car park podium through a joint venture company (“JV Company”) to be incorporated (“Project”).
