Reference is made to our announcement dated 25 August 2022 in relation to the Proposed Change of Name of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 30 August 2022 received the Notice of Registration of the New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 dated 26 August 2022 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. 

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "VERTICE BERHAD" TO "INFRAHARTA HOLDINGS BERHAD" with effect from 26 August 2022.
