(For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcement dated 14 July 2022 in relation to the Proposals.)

We refer to the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposals dated 14 July 2022.

The Board of Directors of Vertice wishes to announce that the proposed change of name of the Company will be from “Vertice Berhad” to “Infraharta Holdings Berhad” instead of “Infraharta Group Berhad” ("Proposed Change of Name"). The new proposed name of “Infraharta Holdings Berhad” was approved by the CCM on 27 July 2022. The Proposed Change of Name, if approved by Shareholders, shall be effective from the date the Notice of Registration of New Name is issued by the CCM. The constitution of the Company will be amended accordingly to reflect the change of name. The Company intends to seek Shareholders’ approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened on the Proposed Change of Name.
