(Unless stated otherwise or defined herein, the abbreviation used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Appendix I)

The Board of Directors of Vertice wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:-

(i) Extension of the SIS for a further period of 5 years commencing from 18 December 2022 to 17 December 2027 pursuant to By-laws 23.2 of the SIS

(ii) Proposed allocation of SIS Options to the Directors as stated in the attachment.

(iii) Proposed change of name of the Company from "Vertice Berhad" to "Infraharta Group Berhad"
