The Boards of Directors of Radiant Globaltech wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval in respect of the following proposals at the forthcoming Nineteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company:-

1. Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue and/or Trading Nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”); and

2. Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”).

The Proposed Amendments is primarily to enhance administrative efficiency of the Company.

A Circular to Shareholders on the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate together with Annual Report 2021 containing the details of the Proposed Amendments will be announced and published on the Company’s website in due course.
