The Board of Directors of RADIANT GLOBALTECH wishes to inform that the sponsorship of RADIANT GLOBALTECH had been transferred from AIBB to AIS with effect from 1 April 2022.

AIBB had on 2 December 2021 entered into a conditional business sale and purchase agreement with Phillip Future Sdn. Bhd. In connection thereto, AIBB had also on 2 December 2021 entered into a conditional business sale and purchase agreement with AIS for the transfer of AIBB's corporate finance, equity capital markets and debt capital markets business (excluding all non-Shariah compliant mandates) to AIS. Following the completion of the aforementioned transactions, the sponsorship of RADIANT GLOBALTECH is transferred to AIS, and AIS is the replacement Sponsor of RADIANT GLOBALTECH with effect from 1 April 2022.
