The Board of Directors of Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Berhad, (“DRMSB” or “Manager”), the management company of Al-‘Aqar, wishes to announce that Al-‘Aqar intends to seek its unitholders' approval for the Proposed RRPT Mandate at its the forthcoming 10th Annual General Meeting.

The Circular on the Proposal will be issued to the unitholders of Al-‘Aqar in due course.
