Sr Haji Che Had Bin Dhali has more than 33 years of experience in the property consultancy business. He started his career in valuation and asset consultancy services with an international company Jones Lang Wootton, Arthur Lim Valuers and Henry Butcher, Lim & Long (N) Sdn Bhd. before joining Jurunilai Bersekutu in 1992 and his last post at Jurunilai Bersekutu was the Executive Director. In the year 2008, he was invited to join the Kedah State Government (KSG) as the Special Officer cum Economic and Government Link Company's Advisor to the then Chief Minister of Kedah and few other states GLCs companies until year 2010. During his service with the KSG, Sr Haji Che Had was involved in international discussion as well promoting the states products and services in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Thailand, Indonesia, United Kingdom, Holland, Germany, Denmark, Qatar, Dubai, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Yemen and few other countries.
His involvement in the property consultancy services for more than 33 years covers various states such as Perlis, Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Kelantan and specialised in land acquisition cases, market and feasibility studies for large developments.
Sr Haji Che Had was recently being certified by International Association of Certified Valuation Specialists (IACVS) as one of the International Valuation Specialists. Sr Haji Che Had is now a Registered Valuer cum Registered Estate Agent for the IM Global Property Consultants and currently heading Kedah's branch.
He was appointed as a board member of Bina Darulaman Berhad ("BDB") on 3 April 2008 as non-independent non-executive director and later re-designated as an independent director. Sr Haji Che Had left BDB on 30 May 2013. |
