MATERIAL LITIGATION PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 9.04(F) OF THE BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES MALAYSIA BERHAD MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENT

We refer to our announcement dated 19 July 2018, 31 July 2018, 23 October 2018, 3 December 2018, 12 April 2019, 15 July 2019, 5 March 2020, 15 April 2020, 17 June 2020, 4 December 2020 and 21 April 2021 in respect of the above Suit.

The Board of TDM wishes to update that KMC’s Solicitors had informed the Company today on the following development of the case:-

The Court had vacated the Hearing date which was initially fixed on 21 and 22 June 2021.

The Court has fixed this matter down for the continued Hearing on the following dates:-

(i) 23 November 2021;

(ii) 7 February 2022 – 10 February 2022;

(iii) 21 February 2022 – 24 February 2022;

(iv) 7 March 2022 – 10 March 2022.

The Company shall continue to make announcement on the development of the case from time to time accordingly.
