We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Bonus Issue of Warrants and the announcement on 1 June 2021 in relation to the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue of Warrants (“Entitlement Announcement”).

On behalf of the Board, Alliance Investment Bank Berhad wishes to clarify that the listing date for the Warrants will be on 29 June 2021 instead of 28 June 2021 as previously stated in the Entitlement Announcement.
