Mr Jeyabalan SK Parasingam started his career with Ernst & Young in 1990 and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a CFA Charter Holder. He is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM). He has over 26 years of experience in corporate finance, business development, real estate investment management and private equity. He is currently Managing Director of Silver Formula Sdn Bhd, a platform that is developing investment grade built to suit real estate properties. He is an Independent Director and Risk Management and Audit Committee Chairperson of Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd.
