The Board of Directors of Bina Darulaman Berhad (“the Company/BDB”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, BDB Synergy Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “BDB Synergy”) (Company No: 198201002994 (82740-W) had received “Surat Setuju Terima” (“Letter of Acceptance”) for the Project known as “Upgrading Pelubang Water Treatment Plant Project” (“Menaiktaraf Loji Rawatan Air Pelubang, Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman”) (Hereinafter referred to as “the Pelubang Project” and “The Letter of Acceptance” respectively) dated 4 May 2021 from Kedah State Government (Hereinafter referred to as “KSG”) through Jabatan Kerja Raya Negeri Kedah (Hereinafter referred to as “JKR”).
