Reference is made to the Circular dated 17 February 2021 issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“BURSA”) allowing a one-month relief for submission of Annual Report which is due by 30 April 2021 for affected Listed issuers. The Board of Director’s of the Company herewith informs BURSA and our shareholders that the Company will utilize the one (1) month relief granted for issuance of the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (“Annual Report”).

As such, the Annual Report of the Company will be issued on or before the new due date of 31 May 2021 as granted by BURSA in the Circular.
