The Board of Directors of Media Prima Berhad wishes to announce the appointment of YBhg Dato' Sivananthan A/L Shanmugam as Member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) with effect from 15 April 2021.

Following the above, the new composition of the NRC is as follows :
