Reference is made to the announcement made by Glomac on 29 May 2020 in relation to the suit and followed by its subsequent announcements on the updates and developments.
 
Unless otherwise stated, the capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings referred to in the aforesaid announcement.

The Board of Directors of Glomac wishes to inform that the Court has fixed the appeals for a further Case Management on 11 May 2021, pending the filing of the Supplementary Records of Appeal by Plaintiff.
