Pursuant to Rule 8.25(2)(e) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Solarvest wishes to announce that Solarvest Asset Management Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Solarvest, has not provided any loans or advances to any party in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender and therefore, there are no outstanding loans or advances for the financial quarter ended 31 March 2021.
