The Board of Directors of BDB wishes to announce that on 6 April 2021, BDB Land Sdn Bhd (“BLSB” ) (Registration No: 198101003170 (69284-P), a wholly-owned subsidiary company of BDB had entered into a Joint Venture cum Shareholders' Agreement with LPB Development Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as DBE Development Sdn. Bhd.) (“LDSB”),  a wholly-owned subsidiary company of LPB.
