Unless otherwise redefined, the definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the HOA.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 29 January 2021 in relation to the above.

The Board of Directors of Mestron wishes to announce that there is no conclusion on the negotiation between the parties as at the expiry date of the HOA (i.e. two (2) months from the date of the HOA). In view thereof, the HOA has expired and lapsed and shall be of no further effect (“HOA Expiry”).

The HOA Expiry will not have any material financial impact on Mestron.
