The Board of Directors of Perangsang Selangor wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transaction of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be disclosed in a circular to shareholders which will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
