TCS -Issuance of up to 180,000,000 free warrants in TCS ("Warrants") on the basis of one Warrant for every two existing TCS Shares held ("Issue of Free Warrants")

Kindly be advised that TCS’ 180,000,000 Warrants  issued pursuant to the Issue of Free Warrants will be admitted  to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the ACE Market will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 22 March 2021.
