Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 17 July 2020, 18 August 2020, 22 September 2020, 28 September 2020, 13 October 2020, 18 November 2020, 26 November 2020, 27 November 2020, 29 December 2020, 6 January 2021, 7 January 2021, 12 January 2021, 18 January 2021, 19 January 2021, 5 March 2021, 8 March 2021 and 10 March 2021 in relation to, among others, the Private Placement.

The Company had on 12 March 2021 received a subscription notice and the payment for 1,000,000 Subscription Shares from Macquarie Bank. Accordingly, the Company had on 15 March 2021 allotted and issued 1,000,000 Subscription Shares at an issue price of RM0.3840 to Macquarie Bank, which represents a discount of approximately 9.80% to the 5-market day VWAP of the Shares up to and including 11 March 2021, being the last market day immediately preceding the date of the subscription notice, of RM0.4257. The listing date for the 1,000,000 Subscription Shares is expected to be on 16 March 2021.
